When you say studio do you mean like a porn studio?
With the use of smart technology and the advent of social media apps like Twitter, Snapchat and Skype; the need for a brick and mortar studio has gone to the way side over the past decade. Yes, major adult studios are still in existence, however many independent or small operations have grown over the years. While Studio Innocent does do physical work in the area we are located in, most of the work we do is online based. With the use of a laptop, webcam, and smartphone an independent model can learn from us and communicate with us just as much as a model who is local.

Can you tell me a bit about what it’s like working with you?
Studio Innocent specializes in fetish work, as such, we specialize in BDSM, Slave/Master, kink, and fetish based content and performances. Models who join us are generally women who are interested in such sexual habits or have always wanted to explore such things. Our studio trains models to do kink and fetish based performances as it is one of the most enjoyable and lucrative niches of all when it comes to adult entertainment. From working with us, models gain access to a wealth of knowledge as well as one-on-one training sessions to improve and perfect their performance skills, they also gain other skills relating to the adult industry.

Do I have to pay you for your help?
The studio operates off of generous contributions from our fan base. Given that we are able to meet all operating costs from such contributions, models are not charged for any assistance we give them.

I’m interested in joining and want to do an audition/interview, what is the process?
All models who want to be considered to work with Studio Innocent must first audition. Auditions are offered in both remote and in-person settings. Remote auditions are conducted using video chat where a model is given the opportunity to demonstrate performance abilities. Applicants are generally given 30 minutes to perform, but can be given more time if allowed. In person auditions are by appointment and generally reserved for local models only.

Interviews are mostly conversation based and are our way of making sure a model is fit for our brand as a person. Mostly you’ll be answering a lot of questions so we can learn about you as a person and see what your background is like. During the interview a model is also informed about studio policies and expectations. We also discuss any special needs during the interview, such as scheduling matters, physical limitations or health concerns a model may have. To learn more about joining, click here.

How do we go about working together?
After completing an interview the studio will inform a model of its decision, usually immediately after. Before you are accepted into the studio you will have to agree to abide by all studio policies and expectations. Once you are accepted into the studio, we will also immediately plan training sessions and start working with you on the predetermined areas where support is needed. Working together can range from discussing content to be produced, live streaming, social media outreach, strategic planning, etc.

Training? What are the training sessions like?
For remote models, training sessions are often one-on-one meetings done using video call. During a session a model is often instructed on ways to perform or set to focus on a single performance task. Some sessions are one off, meaning a model should have a good grasp of the performance after one session, while others build upon themselves. Training can be performance based, meaning physical tasks, or mentally based, meaning learning concepts that help improve fetish performances. Training sessions can also be specific to workplace skills such as lighting, camera angles, and room arrangement.

What if I don’t want to do something?
Studio Innocent does its very best to document a model’s limits before they join and during their duration with the studio. While Studio Innocent generally encourages models to push themselves beyond their limits to grow as a person and have new sexual experiences, we also understand that some models can struggle with certain fetishes. Given that every model has a different background and body type some models are able to handle different sex acts better than others. That being said, models should always feel comfortable discussing their limits with the studio so that we can plan accordingly.

I don’t have a lot of equipment can I still be one of your models?
Yes, even without a whole treasure chest filled with toys a model can still work with us, in fact, a model will often learn ways to improvise from us until she can afford to build up her collection of toys and equipment. Also, the studio has an investment fund from member contributions and we select deserving models every so often for investment projects.

Do I have to meet up in person?
No, while we do have models that are involved with us locally, Studio Innocent is a web based studio that works with adult models from all over the world. Due to the nature of platforms such as MyFreeCams, OnlyFans and ManyVids and the ability to work independently on such platforms, models do not have to meet up in person for training sessions or to work as a model. We do however encourage our remote models to visit in person.

Can I meet in person if I want to?
Yes, we are open to models visiting, and many have done so in the past.

How often do I have to work?
Models are allowed to set their own schedules, however we do expect some level of consistency with model activity and content production. Consistency helps a model build a following and improves chances of success in the industry. We do however require a model to do at least one training session per week and expect each model to set aside time for sessions when scheduled. This commitment averages about an hour a week. Outside of our minimum expectations for training sessions models are allowed to work when they wish and as long as they wish.

My schedule is pretty tight, can you still help me?
Studio Innocent does make special considerations for models who want to join us but aren’t able to dedicate as much time as they would like to their work due to other commitments. If all options, including weekend sessions, are unfeasible, models in such circumstances can be allowed to join for brand development. Such models must go through the same steps as any other model before being allowed to represent the Innocent brand. Models who are curious about working with us for brand development should contact us for more details.

Do I have to sign a contract?
In order to create a relaxed environment and reduce pressure on models, Studio Innocent does not use contracts. Studio Innocent does have policies and expectations that models must agree to commit to, however models are not bound to stay with the studio and can leave at any time. If a models is found to be in violation of agreed policies and expectations, they will be dismissed from the studio and no longer allowed to use the Innocent brand.

What if I want to quit?
While we do have certain terms and conditions pertaining to content created under our brand, as well as the continued use of the Innocent name, models can quit at any time. Models should ensure all obligations to the studio, such as content orders, are fulfilled before ending their relationship with Innocent.
