The following is a step by step guide to walk you through the process.

Step 1: Submit a Formal Application & Any Supporting Documents

Interested models must first complete a formal application through the studio’s online application form. This form will be sent to our studio owner, who will then review the application. Models should pay close attention to the details of their application as all requested information is required before an application can be accepted.

Models are also encouraged to send photos or content to the studio for promotional use. Such content is often posted to our members only section when models are going through the application process to help gauge member interest and gain feedback on applicants. Any sample content can be attached to the initial application or can be subsequently e-mailed directly to our records account at records@innocent.com where it will be kept in the model’s electronic file.

Step Two: Scheduling an Audition

Once a model has a formal request to join on record, she will be invited to audition. Auditions are a mandatory step in the application process and can be conducted in person or virtually online. Virtual auditions are conducted using video chat. In person auditions are reserved for select models located within driving radius of the studio’s physical location.

The goal of the audition process is to give a model the opportunity to demonstrate that she is ready, able, and willing to perform as directed. Models apply to join Studio Innocent from varying levels of experience, so the goal is to test a model in a way to see if she would be a good representative of the Innocent brand; it is not a test for specific skills.

Auditions are unique to each model and there is no set structure to how models will be asked to perform. Models are generally given at least 30 minutes for their audition, although more time is allowed if needed. Before starting each audition, a model will be asked a list of questions to determine her level of experience and performance abilities in order to guide the process. The studio remains mindful of a model’s level of experience in order to allow a model to demonstrate herself to the best of her abilities. Nevertheless, we do advise models to be mindful that Studio Innocent is a fetish-oriented studio, so do be ready to perform a kink/fetish during the audition.

Step 3: Formal Interview

If a model performs well during the audition and gives the impression that she would be a good candidate to represent the Studio Innocent label, she is then invited back for a follow up interview to discuss studio policies and expectations. The interview is also a time for the studio to learn about a model, her career ambitions, and discuss specific areas for the studio to help the model grow.

Interviews, on average, take around an hour to an hour and a half depending on how much input a model wishes to give about herself. Interviews will also have very specific questions for models, so do be ready to talk about yourself during this stage in the process.

Step 4: Commitment To Join

Once a model has successfully applied, auditioned, and interviewed, she will then be invited to join the studio. Models are expected to agree to and abide by studio policies which are discussed during the interview. At this stage in the process, models are granted the privilege of representing the Innocent label and gain access to the benefits of being a model with Studio Innocent.

Studio Innocent has an open, yet competitive, application process; models of all backgrounds are encouraged to apply. At any point during the application process a model can be rejected if the studio has cause to believe the model would not be a good representative of our brand.
